About the opportunities
We’re seeking Administration Officers to join our Program and Practice teams. These roles support the day‑to‑day operations of IFYS services, ensuring teams are well‑supported through high quality administration, coordination and compliance activities.
You’ll contribute to smooth service delivery by managing documentation, supporting meetings and training activities, maintaining systems, and assisting with reporting and quality processes. These roles suit someone who is organised, detail‑focused and enjoys supporting others.
Practice Hub Administrator
Reporting to the Practice Advisor - Sanctuary, the Practice Hub Administrator provides day-to-day administrative coordination and support to the IFYS Practice Hub. The role has a core focus of supporting the effective operation of Sanctuary related activities to support progress toward Sanctuary Model certification.
Administration Officer - Non-Family Based Care
As Administration Officer, you will provide efficient and proactive support to our Non-Family Based Care teams. Reporting to the Business Support and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance and supporting safe, high-quality care for children and young people.

As an administrator you will
- Coordinate meetings including calendars, agendas, minute‑taking and follow‑up actions
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, registers and databases
- Support compliance activities including audits, quality reviews and certification evidence
- Coordinate logistics for training, travel, events and professional development.
- Prepare and format documents and reports to a high standard
- Provide professional frontline communication and support internal and external enquiries
- Process invoices, purchase orders and reimbursements
- Assist managers with induction‑related administrative tasks
- Contribute to safe and compliant workplace practices
To succeed in this role, you will have
- Previous administration experience (community services an advantage)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Competence using Microsoft Office and database systems
- A positive, professional and proactive approach
Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful
- Valid Queensland Driver's License with no restrictions, and own reliable transport
- Queensland Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- Licensed Care Service Suitability Check (LCS2)
- Ability to provide two references from recent employers (including your current line manager)
- National Criminal History Check (a new check will be conducted through IFYS systems)
